If you see yourself stepping into a leadership role—or know that leadership will be part of your future—this course will equip you with the knowledge and the tools you need to lead with clarity and confidence.

After participating in the course, students are familiar with various leadership theories, their historical development, and their application in today’s business world. They are able to assess their own personality in relation to these theories.

Using self-leadership models, students reflect on their potential as future leaders and develop strategies for further personal development. By engaging with communication models, they create their own communication profile and are able to adapt their communication style to employees with different ways of thinking and communicating, understand these differences, and prevent potential misunderstandings.

Thus the course prepares the students comprehensively for leadership roles in both small and large organizations and to build effective teams.

Additionally, students develop an awareness of intercultural differences in communication and leadership and get prepared for an international working environment.

In short presentation sessions, students enhance and refine their presentation skills.

This course is taught at level B2/C1.

The exam will be a written exam.
